This company is a scam! They took my money and never contacted my bank. My house is now in foreclosure and i am $14000.00 in the hole with the bank. They told me not to contact my lender and thats why i fell so far behind. The bank was willing to give me a loan mod without the help of Pacific Mitigation Group but they ruined it for me. Now my interest rate went up from 6.25 to 9% and my payment has doubled. If i wouldnt have listened to these people i would still own my house.
