I ordered a pole and case from Platinum Stages in November, which they promised to ship to arrive before Christmas. However, they failed to do so (responded by saying that they custom each pole to order...which is absolutely not true). When the shipment arrived, both the case and pole were damaged (even though the box was fine). The pole looked like it was used: scuffs, nicks, and scratches all over the pieces.
