I was supposed to get a free down load for Adobe Reader. I did get a free down load or any download but I was charged a fee of $70.80 on my credit card. I do not have Adobe Reader. I cannot open any files that I tried to down load. I do not have any new software. I have nothing. I would like a refund for all charges.
