I have a prepaid Reliance CDMA phone (93250xxxx5). I have been using it for the past 5 years. I had received an SMS in July of 2010 to re-submit CAF as per new guidelines. I had duly complied with it and submitted the form with relevant documents to Reliance Web World located in Aundh, Pune, India. Suddenly my service was discontinued in August without intimation.
