I recently upgraded my phone and was looking forward to having one that worked properly. I asked the salesman if everything from my old phone (specifically the memory card which contained all my photos and videos). He told me that everything would definitely work. Guess what? It wouldn't format properly. I took it back in and asked if they could do anything to move the photos onto my new one.
