We were 'promised, by a very pushy salesperson that our old settee would be collected by a charity organisation from the telephone number he gave us. Whe none of the numbers worked, or when none of them colledted from our area, we complained that we couldn't get a collection for the time they said they would deliver. Our sole reason for buying from SCS was because of this assurance from the salesperson.
