I ordered a free trial offer for cost of shipping. I received product after several weeks in plain envelope with no instructions or shippping invoice. Forgot about it until a received a charge of $79.95 which was completely unauthorized. I've not been able to reach this company by phone nor get my bank, WAMU, to help me either. read full review »
