Long story short, my 2010 Ford Fusion SE has been a major disappointment. The hubcaps rattle like some old jalopy, and the FM stereo does NOT work! Ford refuses to fix either of these problems and has NOT improved their quality at all. After writing letters and speaking to customer service I was completely ignored and not taken seriously. Don't believe all the hype, Ford quality and customer service are terrible! DON'T BUY A FORD FUSION, you'll regret it! All the advertising and so-called good reviews are simply propaganda.
