Had Capital One Credit card, lost my job got behind in payments. They did not care or want to work with me. I tried to send in what I could each month. Finally when I did get another job I paid them off in full plus interest. However, they did not bother reporting this Credit Report Companies.. So my credit is marked and then they wanted me to pay an additional $24.00 to keep my card but unable to use the card... WTF? This is fair practice to the public.
