On January 20 I bought the programme "My Blogging Site". I paid USD 77, 95 (a rebate of USD 20 deducted from the original price) via PayPal (receipt # 4957-2903-2372-6861). I was not not satisfied with the programme, and as there was a refund guarantee I have asked for a refund - four times at least. The answers have been: We will come back to you in 48 hours.
