I ordered a subscription to o-magazine in November for my mothers Christmas present, it stated that it would cost $38 and didn't mention any delivery charges or additional charges to ship it to the UK. Once it had processed it stated that it would cost me $145, without mentioning this before hand. I then tried to immediately cancel the subscription sending numerous e-mails explaining the situation, nobody responded to me and the money was taken out of my account.
