ATT Wireless Service is absolutely horrible, and I am going to go out of my way to complain. I've placed an order via ATT Premier site after having been told 12 different things by 12 different ATT representatives. I finally place the order. ATT processes the order incorrectly. They activate one of the phones I ordered 3 days before I received the phone! I call in and spend 2 hours talking to 4 different people to resolve the issue. I get disconnected and they don't call back. I'm now back in the customer care cue. Absolutely horrible. I'll file a complaint; Consumers should do business with other carriers - not with ATT! read full review »
