I purchased an older puppy. After 3 weeks they told me they could not ship the puppy due to her weight and were looking for means of ground shipping her. At that point I said I do not want this poor puppy ground shipped and cancelled the puppy. That was at least 6 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a credit to my credit cards. I reopened the dispute against the company, told them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, etc. I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. Unbelievable.
