I have had the absolutely worst service with Cricket. My phone doesn't work correctly and I call the corporate office, only I can't get a person on the phone. I then go to the corporate store on Pineville Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC, only to have the store manager Will tell me that there's nothing he can do and that I should call the corporate number. In addition to my phone not working correctly (dropping calls, inability to access voice mail), my phone bill is wrong.
