At first they seemed good, but then shortly I felt an ache in my achilles. Wore them less often. I'm a teacher and I wear sneakers all day, every day and am constantly walking up and down stairs. Wore them often enough though. Then I found a large lump on my right achilles tendon and a smaller one on my left.
