I have also had a very bad experience dealing w/ the employees of Wells Fargo Auto Finance. The people that answer the phone are generally nice, but can not help you with your account. They will then transfer you to the rudest people you could ever possible encounter anywhere. I was admitted to the hospital for a month in 2008 & requested to defer my payment, as I would have NO income for that month.
