I signed a contract with the Urban Active. When I signed for the membership, their representative told me that I could come there and JUST cancel it if needed. After cancellation, I still would have one month free if I want to attend. When I came to cancel my membership, they told me that I could not and that I was supposed to send a certified letter to their main office. I mailed a certified letter and received a response by e-mail (after a month) that they are not going to cancel my membership and will continue to bill me until I paid them... read full review »
