I ordered a clock on 1/13/11. The status says, "Completed." I emailed them after two weeks, but got no reply. I called few days later. Whoever answered the phone answered with, "Hello?" I said, "Hello?" He said, "Would you please hold?" Then, I was put on "eternal" hold. He never returned. I emailed again. No reply. They were quick to take my money, though! read full review »
