An ULTA employee (Newport News, VA store) made a carbon copy imprint of my credit card and one day later I had fraudulent charges on my debit card, wiping out my checking account. The thief purchased a smart phone from N 1 Wireless Inc (Internet company) for over $400 and tried to have it next day delivered to a Debra Barlekamp in Fostoria Ohio. She also charged $97 at Tilly's (online skater apparel store) and attempted to charge another $74 there plus $400 at Toys R Us (online).
