DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A DIME!!! Learn from our mistakes. They have a "F" Rating by the Better Business Bureau and the State of WA has legal action pending against CHW (Oct 2010). It's a shame companies like CHW spend more time and energy trying avoid repairs than actually doing what they're paid to do. You'll call in and say you need a repair and they'll say it's not covered. They get very creative by mis-categorizing appliances to avoid repairs. These guys are a joke. Save your money and look elsewhere. read full review »
