Gentlemen: This refer to my cancelled plane ticket to Paris, France On January 20, 2011, I rebooked said plane ticket to Jan 30, 2011 thru their employee Ms. XXX. Yesterday, when I verified with SIA ticketing office, I was told by another employee that it was unlawfully cancelled to my detriment and soon I found out that she was also giving me false statement., The fact remains that I was the one who paid for the said plane ticket via another credit card.
