Dell has placed my new computer on hold and will not return it. I want it fixed or a new one sent to me. How would you like to be without a computer for you business. Dell has cost me a lot of money. The battery has been intermitant since it was purchased last Oct. I have spent countless hours with Dell technicians and they took control of the computer twice before admitting they could not fix it. I would like a new computer or my money back. Dell is hard to contact as they have a system of musical phones that eventually lose you. read full review »
