I bought a Alltell prepaid card at family dollar in Williamsport pa. Alltell doesn't even sewrvice this area. I spent 20.00 dollars for a card i can't even use, FAMILY Dollar won't give me my money back for a product they sell and is no good to me.I have every reason to complain all i want is my money back or let me use it for something else.
