I have been growing my hair out for nearly a year, keeping it long and layered. Went to Fantastic Sams for a trim. I only wanted about 2 inches off. The girl took off about 5 inches. My hair was past mid-back and it is now just slightly past my shoulders. I paid and left without saying anything for fear that I would lose my temper too badly. I went home and cried for hours. I spent all that time trying to get my hair long again and now I have to start all over. I will never go there again. And for anyone who says don't blame the salon... read full review »
