I have had my 2004 chrysler pacifica financed with credit acceptance for 3 years and always paid 10 days after my due date which is the 15 of the month but have always been told that I had a maximum of 15 days. I recently had neck surgery and was out on short term disability so my paycheck got pushed back until 01/28/211. Thinking I was ok on making a car payment 01/29/11 however they repo my car and are charging me an extra 240.00 to get my car back over misinformation I was provided by this company. I will never deal with this company again!!! I strongly advise anyone against getting a loan from this company. read full review »
