Watch was gorgeous - but crown fell out and lost 15 min per day. Your only way to get refund or replacement watch from Idealwatches (which you will need) is to go thru PayPal and do not (do not!) close out the dispute until situation resolved entirely thru PayPal. DO NOT cancel dispute because Idealwatches repeatedly asks you to cancel. You will not be able to re-open.
