I submitted my cancellation letter at the end of November'2010, this is one and a half months in advance. My contract ended on the 16 January 2011, but on the 21 January 2011 when i wanted to find out why my number is not on pre-paid, they discovered that they never ended my contract. Eventually, on the same day i received an sms to inform me that my number is on pre-paid.
