I had booked a cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines for our three year Anniversary on 12/27/10 out of Boston with the cruise setting sail out of Miami. There was a bad storm and flights to Florida were cancelled for 2 days. Therefore, we could not make our cruise. I contacted Carnival to let them know about the problem and asked for a refund or at least a credit for another cruise as our cruise.
