The customer service is terrible. In the whole hour I spent on the phone I spoke with 5 different people and my laptop is still not working.I haven't had my laptop for a whole year yet and have gone through hell and back. They don't speak good English and tried to get me to pay $150 or my laptop "will never work properly". I need my laptop for school and I'm sooo disappointed I will tell everyone I know to NEVER so business with Dell!!! read full review »
