No one will believe this story because it sounds insane, but with TAM everything is possible. We were ready to take off when the on-board computer broke, so we were all asked to leave the plane. So back at the TAM booth the employee was nice enough to re-route our flight. Except for being 9 hours delayed, this was where our suffering started.
