We entered a repayment agrmt with CitiMortgage in July 2009 to make 12 inflated payments of $555 starting in August 2009 and ending in July 2010. We made every payment early. When we completed final payment, Citi claimed we still owed more on the repayment. We presented our proof & the runaround began. Their records were incorrect & they still haven't fixed them.
