Wells Fargo customer service representatives are just cruel. When they inform me of incorrect information and tell me things that are wrong, it reminds me of the movie Mean Girls. Words do not express how fustrating it has been just to get a new Debit Card and PIN. I spoke with 4+ reps and 4+ supervisors over the phone, and I am convinced that some of them are just playing with me, intentionally doing incorrect "remedies" for me.
