Over 2 months I have tried to get my contact prescription from Dr. Dean. It has been a long, frustrating process, which I will take part of the blame for, but the majority lies on the part of Kailua Eye Center. Its convenient location is what drew me to this location. I made my appointment, showed up early and filled out my paper work.
