I ordered an Item on line and when I did was offered a rebate from wellness watchers md. I just needed to go to their web site to get it. I did not go to their web sit however they still processed my credit card with charges for their product and a $29.00 charge for I don't know what. I by passed their complaint department after reading your web site complaints and went straight to my credit card company and had them dispute the charges for me as well as change my card number.
