They promised me over the phone one plan for the specified lower price so that I would stay with them but then when I received my bill, it was a totally different amount. When I called them asking them about it, they told me that this is the right amount and everything was explained to me over the phone. Its all lies. Over the phone they just try to sell you all their different plans. Never believe them!!! If you want just basic service switch to Chatr, avoid Koodo if you dont want to overpay!!! read full review »
