ATT Uverse is terrible. I constantly get a black box on our television screens. I have a company VoiP line that worked perfectly with Time Warner cable not I get about 50% connectivity. My biggest complaint is with their customer service department. I've tried to contact them multiple times but can never get anyone to answer the phone. Now I'm trying to cancel the service because I'm so fed up with it and I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and counting. I believe they purposely make it difficult to cancel their service. read full review »
