I've always been satisfied with the many new iPod models that I have purchased in the past. However, Apple's Customer Service has become too deplorable to even give a decent rating to. Over the past two months, I have sent my iPod Classic back to Apple to get repaired or replaced and twice they have sent me back my iPod claiming that they could not duplicate the issue.
