My partner has just been told that his empolyment contact will not be renewed after he been there for 5 months and that he will be ending this week, with no reason and there are others that started working there after him and there contact is being renewed, also this was out of the blue as im 6 months pregnant and the empolyer has had a talk with him about having time off around that time im due and that is may. he also asked about developing in the company about a month ago but there was no spaces at this moment of time. this is a unfair dismissal when he done nothing wrong! read full review »
