We have had buildings insurance with C & G for a long time without complant until we tried to make a claim. They passed our claim through to a company called Asprea. They are awful. Calls are never returned the surveyor is impossible to get hold. In our case the "surveyor" was a Tyrone Barnes - absolutely useless. He gets things wrong, covers up, tells lies it was a nightmare dealing with that company. I copmplained to them and got no where. I then complained to Aviva who underwrite the policy.
