I was a Store Manager at Family Dollar for 7 months. I managed the Clayton store and increased sales, customer count and bottom line proft. I was robbed at gun point on Xmas eve which resulted in a cash loss of 1770. My district Manager Marjorie Penn, does not like White people, she constantly harrased me, made me feel stupid and talked down to every employee. One week later I was terminated for failure to protect company assets. I will not recommend this company to anyone, Nor will I shop at any of these stores again.
