After reading many of the complaints about Banfield I have decided that I will never take my pets there again. The following is my experiance with Banfield within PetSmarts. Though do keep in mind I have nothing against PetSmart. I received my dog, at about 2 years old, from people that should have never had a dog in the first place. He would cower if you were around his food. Hit the ground if you touched his tail. Let it be known that this is a Lab-Rott mix and should never act like that. He was over weight, about 135 lbs.
