I had the worst service I ever have today at BMW of Alexandria. I dropped my X3 3.0i at this service centre at 9:30 am on 01/31/2011 for oil service and replacment of driver side light bulb. I was told these service would be done in just 3-4 hrs and this appointment was made like alomost 3-4 days ago. However, I was told a lot of things needed to be changed at 3:00pm and also the oil service could not be done on that day.
