I am a citizen of Mumbai chembur. I am a regular customer at petrol pump. The branch of the petrol pump is HPCL National Petroleum Trucking Center. I fIlled petrol on 29 Jan 2011 worth 200 Rs cash memo number 009044. That evening my bike started giving problem and some how i reach office. The very next day i took my bike to a garage and was surprised to see that more that half of the petrol had water in it !
