I ordered a headboard for Christmas and they only shipped one box of the two box shipment. I have called several times and get the run around. The tracking on the shipment clearly says it was undelivered by fed ex. They refuse to refund or send me the missing piece because they say fed ex did ship it. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service as this one. All get is they are looking into it and then today they say it must have been delivered and stolen from my house before I got it. What a joke they are. read full review »
