I stand by my original judgement about my new Ariens 11528LE 926009 Model snow blower. The first big snow storm the machine was useless because the tension roller was completely loose and the auger would not lift heavy snow. It just clogged and stopped working. The All In One Rental Place that sold me this expensive machine said $70 to pickup and drop off for repair in warranty. But they could not pickup for several days. They suggested I check the belts.
