We ordered supplies from Lifeline Medical, called them because we never received the supplies and they faxed me a proof of signature and said someone named MARTIN signed for it. I explained many times there is no MARTIN working here. According to UPS it was delivery to our suite at 5:179pm when we closed at 4pm and there is no Martin working at our office. The Vendors is been very presistent that we did in fact received the supplies and we did not..I called UPS spoke to Claudia 8007425877, told her I need also proof who they delivery that package to and she said no only the vendor will get it... read full review »
