I have repeatedly tried to make payments on my car loan by phone through Santander but I can never get through to a customer service representative and the automated voice machine keeps rejecting my Visa though I have checked with my bank and know I have money in my account. When I fall behind on payments they are quick to call me and tell me they will pick up my car and give me bad credit. They yell and don't give me any other number besides the one I have.
