I have been working for the past two months with BB&T case # C-201101190347. The bank is not helping me at all their fraud department is 1-866-802-4955. The only thing they do is they call the bank that the check was cashed at and ask them would they return the funds and thats all they do. They will not work with me at all. Im a disabled veteran and a senior citizen, and i need help resolving this matter because they have taken out over 3400 dollars, and the bank keeps charging me overdraft fees. to this date it adds u to $490.00. i need all the help i can get cause i am on a fixed income. thank you for your time in this matter. mr.young read full review »
