We have had our timeshare with Festiva Resorts now for about 3 years. We've only used it once in South Carolina at the Church Street Inn. It was AWFUL...the room they put us up in was being renovated, smelled terrible. We complained, then they tried to put us in another room as bad if not worse than the first one. We have tried to make several attempts through Adventure Club to get resort reservations for Festiva...never happens. They always have an excuse. Also, the MAINTENANCE FEES are through the roof.
