During 2010 my wife and I both lost our jobs. KOBRA would have cost half of our unemployment. We attempted to apply with medical. We were turned down because we are in our 40's and do not qualify. I am bilingual. I overheard a conversation in the booth next to me. A woman in her early 20's illegally crossed the CA/Mexico border that morning. She claimed she was pregnant.
